This is a generic site for the Sangix appointment booking system. If you are looking to BOOK or CANCEL an appointment, you will need to navigate to a link provided by your hospital. The link is included in the email you received when registering and also in confirmation and reminded emails.
First please make sure you are on the correct website. The link is provided by the hospital and is also included in registration, confirmation, reminder and other emails.
On the login page, please locate text Forgot password? Recover it. It is located far right of the green LOG IN button:
Once you click the link, you will be sent to another page, where you need to type in your email address, it must be the one you registered with. Then click RESET PASSWORD.
You will recieve an email with subject: Sangix password recovery. This email will contain a link, please click on this link. If clicking does not work, please copy the link and paste it into your browser of choice.For security reasons, the link is only valid for 20 minutes. No worries though, you can start the process again if you do not make it in time.
By clicking the link, you will be sent to a page, where you can enter a new password and immediately be logged in to book online.
You will need to log into the system. Once logged in, please click on PROFILE at the top and then click on orange button CHANGE PASSWORD.

Surnames can be the same, people are born on the same day but no two people in the world have the same email. Email is how we know who you are and as privacy is a big issue and we are bound by its requirements, we only allow one email per account.
Email is easy to set up and free. Please choose one of the email providers and set up a new free email to use with Sangix appointment booking. Once you register, you can forget about this email. Do note you will need this email to reset your password.
Set up your new email so that it is forwarded to your current email you are using together. That way all emails coming to the new email will be forwarded to the email you are used to using. That way you will receive confirmations, reminders and will be able to reset password without ever going to your new email.
Please contact your hospital in person or by phone. Pleae DO NOT use the form below, that is for technical issues and similar emails are ignored. Please use the contact details from an appointment confirmation email
Please log in, click on MY APPOINTMENTS, locate the line with an appointment you would like to cancel and click on CANCEL button on the right. Once you click on the CANCEL button, the appointment is cancelled, please note you may have to reload the page for the change to be visible on your screen.
