I enjoy working in Operations and Customer Success at Sangix Appointments because it gives me the chance to improve both the experience for our users and the way we work internally. I am passionate about solving problems and ensuring the platform runs smoothly for both healthcare providers and patients. By connecting users with the product team, I can make a real difference, whether it is helping clinics use the system more easily or making sure patient bookings are seamless. It’s rewarding to be part of a solution that helps improve healthcare access.
